Flat Rate Shipping takes approximately 7 to 25 business days to reach destination countries. However, regional variations apply which are out of our control so we kindly ask our customers to be patient.
a) For USA, Canada, Australia customers, it takes about 10 to 20 business days.
b) For United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and most other European Countries, it may take 10 to 25 business days.
c). For customers in South America, it may take 15 to 30 business days.
d). For all other countries, it may take 15 to 25 business days.
Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days) we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Order Shipment:
If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address your provide when checking out. CANCELLATION
1. Fashally.com accepts order cancellation within 24 hours after payment but before items are shipped.
You are able to submit a cancellation request from the order list. Fashally.com will agree or refuse your request according to the state of your order.
RETURN & REFUND
At Fashally.com, we make sure every piece of clothing is well packed and dispatched, and every change is timely communicated to avoid any inconvenience to our clients. We suggest you make sure all items are well-received and are not damaged/faulty when you receive your packages.

1. For the damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent items
Conditions when Fashally.com will conduct a resend or refund for you:
1.1 Wrong style/color/size received
1.2 Incomplete ratio received
1.3 Damaged/faulty items received
*Please note that:
1.There will be slight differences in the colors of pictures versus the original due to the lighting and different screen features.
2.The material of items shall be subject to the description and real pictures in the description.
3.Quality issues do not include thread problems.
4.The odor problem of special fabrics will be eliminated after standing for a few days or washing with water.

2. For the unwanted items
Fashally.com allows our customers to return the unwanted items but they shall be in their original condition in the original packaging(Please kindly note that bodysuits, swimwear, underwear are non-returnable ). Clients will be responsible for the charges of freight in and out.
We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. In case you've received an item you don't want, please send out the item through a local post office, as importation tax may occur if the order is shipped by express shipping (DHL,FedEx,UPS,TNT,EMS,DPEX).
No restocking fee is to be charged for your returning items.

Fashally.com support full refund or resend if your package hasn't been delivered successfully 45 days (60 days for Brazil only) later since its shipping out according to the tracking information.
